Shipping Information
We ship Australia wide, excluding the Northern Territory, with simple flat rate shipping for consumables and fixed rates for printers and multifunction devices. Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping rates
Shipping is charged by product type. Consumables ship at one flat rate per order, while printers and multifunction devices are charged at a fixed rate per unit.
Toner, drums, fusers, ribbons, parts, and other consumables ship for one flat rate per order.

A4 printers and multifunction devices ship at a fixed rate per unit.

A3 printers and multifunction devices ship at a fixed rate per unit.

Delivery information
Deliveries are completed by third party carriers. In many cases, deliveries may occur without prior notice. Drivers will generally leave parcels in the first safe location available at the delivery address, usually near the front door, reception, or goods-in area.
- If you need upstairs delivery, inside placement, a booked delivery window, tail lift service, or other special handling, please contact us before ordering for a custom freight quote.
- Once goods leave our warehouse, transit times are controlled by the carrier and may vary depending on your location and peak periods.
- If your address has Authority to Leave instructions on file with the carrier, delivery may be treated as complete once marked delivered by that carrier.
Once your order has shipped, tracking details are emailed so you can follow the delivery progress.
Insurance
Shipping insurance is included at no additional cost on orders shipped by GetOKI.com.au. If something goes wrong in transit, we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Same day dispatch, where possible
Orders placed earlier in the day may dispatch the same business day, where possible. Same day dispatch is not guaranteed and depends on stock availability, order timing, carrier collection schedules, and operating conditions.
During periods such as Christmas, major sales events, or courier network congestion, dispatch and delivery timeframes may be longer.
